A confidentiality agreement is a contract by which two or more partners undertake, within the framework of a project, to keep a certain amount of information that is important to some or all of the parties, strictly confidential. Entrepreneurs are often required to enter into discussions with third parties, whether they are potential business partners, associates, investors or recruits.
