An agreement whereby a company, as holder of certain technical know-how, processes, knowledge, trade names and trademarks concerning parts, materials and equipment in connection with the manufacturing, assembly and service of certain products, appoints a contractor as its contract manufacturer with the purpose of manufacturing for the company the products and such other products as may be agreed by the parties from time to time and it is agreed that the contractor shall be the sole owner of such products.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","categories":[],"tags":[],"tag_family":[],"tag_sector":[],"class_list":["post-14134","document","type-document","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nManufacturing Agreement -
