Contenu<\/h3>\n<p>Le travailleur a le droit de conna\u00eetre les <strong>motifs concrets<\/strong> qui ont conduit \u00e0 son licenciement. Ces motifs doivent \u00eatre suffisament clairs et pr\u00e9cis. Ils doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, justifi\u00e9s par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments factuels.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;employeur ne peut se contenter de justifier le licenciement par des motifs vagues, impersonnels ou st\u00e9r\u00e9otyp\u00e9s comme :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomique&#8221; ;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;r\u00e9organisation du d\u00e9partement&#8221; ;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;incomp\u00e9tence&#8221; ;<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B.
