R\u00e9ponse ci-dessous.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le travailleur auquel l&#8217;employeur a notifi\u00e9 un pr\u00e9avis peut, s&#8217;il a trouv\u00e9 un autre emploi, r\u00e9silier \u00e0 son tour le contrat de travail moyennant le respect d&#8217;un nouveau d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis, plus court, appel\u00e9\u00a0<strong>contre-pr\u00e9avis.\u00a0<\/strong>L&#8217;employeur est oblig\u00e9 de l&#8217;accorder.<\/p>\n<h2>I. Formes de la notification de contre-pr\u00e9avis<\/h2>\n<p>La notification du contre-pr\u00e9avis doit respecter les m\u00eames formes que celles de la notification du simple pr\u00e9avis.<\/p>\n<h2>II. D\u00e9lai pour notifier un contre-pr\u00e9avis<\/h2>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e du contre-pr\u00e9avis est fix\u00e9e en fonction de l&#8217;anciennet\u00e9 du travailleur.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L\u2019<strong>anciennet\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0s\u2019entend comme la p\u00e9riode pendant laquelle le travailleur est demeur\u00e9 sans interruption au service de la m\u00eame entreprise. Prise de cours du d\u00e9lai de contre-pr\u00e9avis<\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis d\u00e9bute toujours\u00a0<strong>le premier lundi qui suit le jour o\u00f9 la lettre de pr\u00e9avis est cens\u00e9e avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9e<\/strong>, m\u00eame si ce lundi est un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La notification envoy\u00e9e par courrier recommand\u00e9 est cens\u00e9 \u00eatre re\u00e7ue le troisi\u00e8me jour ouvrable qui suit la date d\u2019envoi.<\/li>\n<li>Le pr\u00e9avis signifi\u00e9 par exploit de huissier est cens\u00e9 \u00eatre re\u00e7u le jour de la signification.<\/li>\n<li>La notification remise en main propre par l\u2019employ\u00e9 \u00e0 son employeur cens\u00e9 \u00eatre re\u00e7u le jour de la remise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>IV.
