Lorsque le domicile du d\u00e9fendeur est situ\u00e9 dans un Etat Membre de l&#8217;UE, c&#8217;est le r\u00e8glement Bruxelles 1bis qui s&#8217;applique.<\/p>\n<p>Son contenu est assez proche du
