Le travailleur qui souhaite b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un cr\u00e9dit-temps doit obtenir l\u2019accord de son employeur.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il satisfait aux conditions d\u2019acc\u00e8s, le travailleur peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un revenu de remplacement, appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0allocations d\u2019interruption\u00a0\u00bb. Ces allocations sont forfaitaires. Les Bar\u00e8mes sont consultables sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onem.be\/fr\/documentation\/montants-baremes\/interruption-de-carriere-credit-temps#16137\">le site de l\u2019ONEM<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1>Motifs du cr\u00e9dit-temps<\/h1>\n<p class=\"M1T\"><span lang=\"FR\">Il existe six motifs de cr\u00e9dit-temps, r\u00e9partis en deux cat\u00e9gories : les cr\u00e9dits-temps pour prendre soin d&#8217;un tiers (motifs n\u00b0 1 \u00e0 5) et le cr\u00e9dit-temps pour suivre une formation (motif n\u00b0 6).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S<strong>oins \u00e0 son\/ses enfant(s) de moins de 8 ans.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Soins palliatifs<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<em>Ce motif permet \u00e0 un travailleur de prodiguer des soins palliatifs \u00e0 une personne en fin de vie, souffrant d\u2019une maladie incurable en phase terminable.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Soins \u00e0 un membre du m\u00e9nage ou de la famille gravement malade<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<em>Ce motif permet \u00e0 un travailleur de s\u2019occuper d\u2019un membre de sa famille, ou de son m\u00e9nage, qui souffre d\u2019un grave probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Soins \u00e0 son\/ses enfant(s) de moins de 21 ans atteint d\u2019un handicap.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Soins \u00e0 son\/ses enfant(s) mineur(s) gravement malade(s)<\/strong> ou \u00e0 un enfant mineur gravement malade, faisant partie de son m\u00e9nage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suivre une formation reconnue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Les formes d&#8217;interruption<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Le cr\u00e9dit-temps \u00e0 temps plein<\/strong>. Il permet \u00e0 un travailleur de suspendre la totalit\u00e9 de ses prestations.<br \/>\n<u>Pour qui<\/u><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>? Tous les travailleurs, quel que soit leur r\u00e9gime de travail\u00a0: temps plein ou temps partiel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Le cr\u00e9dit-temps \u00e0 mi-temps<\/strong>. Il permet \u00e0 un travailleur de suspendre temporairement ses prestations afin de continuer \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 mi-temps.<br \/>\n<u>Pour qui<\/u>\u00a0? Uniquement pour les travailleurs occup\u00e9s au moins \u00e0 \u00be temps chez l\u2019employeur aupr\u00e8s duquel ils souhaitent r\u00e9duire leurs prestations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Le cr\u00e9dit-temps d\u2019un cinqui\u00e8me<\/strong>. Il permet \u00e0 un travailleur de suspendre temporairement son horaire hebdomadaire \u00e0 temps plein de un jour (ou de deux demi-jours).<br \/>\n<u>Pour qui<\/u><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>?
