L&#8217;investisseur re\u00e7oit un certain nombre de titres dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en \u00e9change de son investissement.<\/li>\n<li>le\u00a0<em><strong>loan corwdfunding ou crownlending<\/strong><\/em>, ou investissement par octroi de pr\u00eat. L&#8217;investisseur octroie un pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#8217;entreprise qui le rembourse \u00e0 l&#8217;issue d&#8217;une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, avec int\u00e9r\u00eats le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/li>\n<li>le <strong><em>crowd sponsoring ou crowdgiving<\/em><\/strong>, ou investissement par donation. L&#8217;investisseur effectue une donation \u00e0 l&#8217;entreprise. L&#8217;investisseur ne re\u00e7oit rien en \u00e9change de son investissement, ou une contrepartie marginale (d\u00e9duction fiscale par exemple) ou symbolique tout au plus.<\/li>\n<li>le <em><strong>reward crodwfunding<\/strong><\/em>, ou investissement sans contrepartie financi\u00e8re.
