{"id":21482,"date":"2020-01-16T12:34:25","date_gmt":"2020-01-16T10:34:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.e2.law\/?page_id=21482"},"modified":"2020-01-16T14:17:25","modified_gmt":"2020-01-16T12:17:25","slug":"chp-l4c1-negociation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.e2.law\/fr\/corporate-housekeeping-policy\/chp-l4c1-negociation\/","title":{"rendered":"CHP-L4c1-Negociation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Citrix must be used during the negotiation\/drafting phase (the \u201c<strong>Negotiation Phase<\/strong>\u201d) of a Document as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Documents Nomination Procedure:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">During the Negotiation Phase, the Documents should be named in Citrix according to Annex X.2 (as from 02\/10\/2019).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Citrix\u2019s Classification Procedure:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The Documents must be filed in Citrix in accordance (during and after the Negotiation Phase) with the Annex X.3 (as from 02\/10\/2019) except for the Documents related to a project (see Annex X.3).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Each member of the *CLIENT123* group negotiating\/drafting a document is obliged to comply with the above mentioned procedure under the responsibility of his\/her Country Manager and the Corporate Housekeeping Officer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Once a Document is in agreed form, as assessed by the negotiation\/drafting team (<em>i.e<\/em>. the legal department of the *CLIENT123* Group, the concerned project manager and\/or Country Manager and the respective corporate officers which have to approve in accordance with the internal rules \u2013 informal approval<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>), the Document should be converted in Citrix into PDF format for further processing (the \u201c<strong>Execution Version<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\"><\/a>\u00a0[1] See point V.4 for the formal approval.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Citrix must be used during the negotiation\/drafting phase (the \u201cNegotiation Phase\u201d) of a Document as follows: The Documents Nomination Procedure: During the Negotiation Phase, the Documents should be named in Citrix according to Annex X.2 (as from 02\/10\/2019).
