The Corporate Housekeeping Officer will have to ensure that each person (<em>i.e<\/em>. the respective approvers (see point V.4)) has signed via Corporify the appropriate fields in the Cover Page that will be sent to him\/her from the email address <a href=\"mailto:legal@windvision.com\">legal@*CLIENT123*.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reminder(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Country Manager will also have to indicate to the Corporate Housekeeping Officer if any reminder(s) are to be integrated in Corporify (the \u201c<strong>Reminder(s)<\/strong>\u201d, see point V.9).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publication information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Country Manager will also have to indicate to the Corporate Housekeeping Officer whether or not there is an obligation to publish (see point V.6).<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Once the Corporate Housekeeping Officer has received the Execution Version, the Cover Page, the Reminder(s) and publication information it shall proceed to step 3: initial filing in Corporify.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The relevant Country Manager shall send the Execution Version by email to the Corporate Housekeeping Officer to the following address: legal@*CLIENT123*.com.
