<\/p>\n

The Corporate Housekeeping Officer shall file the Document and the Cover Page in Corporify. The filing structure that will be used for the software system of Corporify shall correspond to the one used for Citrix (see Annex X.3).<\/p>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Labels<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Corporify provides the creation of labels (i.e. <\/em>key-words) that make it easier for users (as further defined in Point VI) to find Documents in Corporify (the \u201cLabels<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Labels mentioned hereafter need to be used by the Corporate Housekeeping Officer:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Name of the document ;<\/li>\n
  • N\u00b0 of the company (see Annex 1) (if necessary)\u00a0;<\/li>\n
  • N\u00b0 of the project (if necessary) ;<\/li>\n
  • External Counterpart\u00a0(if necessary) ;<\/li>\n
  • Total Approval (if necessary);<\/li>\n
  • Signature Done (if necessary) ;<\/li>\n
  • Legal Publication (if necessary),<\/li>\n
  • Links<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For each Document classified in Corporify, it is possible to attach related documents (\u201cLinked Documents<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n

    It will be mandatory for the Corporate Housekeeping Officer to attach the following documents:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • The Cover Page ;<\/li>\n
    • For the decision of the board of directors: all supporting documents, power of attorneys, publication, ;<\/li>\n
    • For the general meeting of shareholders: all supporting documents, power of attorneys, publication, ;<\/li>\n
    • For the contracts: power of attorneys, the decisions of the board of directors and other document cited in the contract (Amendment, addendum, ).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
