If legally necessary, the Country Manager is responsible for the publication of the Documents.<\/p>\n
As mentioned above, the Country Manager will have to indicate to the Corporate Housekeeping Officer whether or not there is an obligation to publish.<\/p>\n
If there is a publication obligation, the Corporate Housekeeping Officer must add the label \u201cLegal Publication\u201d on the respective Documents in Corporify and must ensure, with the Country Manager, the follow-up.<\/p>\n
Proof of request for publication by the relevant authority and the proof of publication must be filed in Citrix (by the Country Manager) and Corporify (by the Corporate Housekeeping Officer once he\/she has received the documents from the Country Manager) in the section of the corresponding document (see Annex X.3) following the Documents Nomination Procedure as set out in Annex X.2.<\/p>\n
