En effet, au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un certain seuil, presque la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019enveloppe salariale octroy\u00e9e par l\u2019employeur est soumise aux imp\u00f4ts (f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, r\u00e9gionaux, communaux), auxquels il faut ajouter les cotisations sociales !<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, afin de ne pas d\u00e9motiver les travailleurs et d\u2019encourager l\u2019emploi, un grand nombre d\u2019alternatives au salaire brut traditionnel est autoris\u00e9 (voir ci-dessous). La bonne nouvelle est que ces r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations alternatives sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>exon\u00e9r\u00e9es d\u2019imp\u00f4ts et de cotisations sociales<\/strong>.<span
