Il s&#8217;agit par exemple de la mise \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 des fins priv\u00e9es d&#8217;un v\u00e9hicule, d&#8217;un smartphone ou encore d&#8217;une assurance hospitalisation.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi est-il int\u00e9ressant de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer ses employ\u00e9s via des avantages en nature plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;en esp\u00e8ces ?<\/p>\n<p>Car les avantages sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re <strong>forfaitaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ces forfaits ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une <strong>valeur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la valeur r\u00e9elle<\/strong> de l&#8217;avantage octroy\u00e9.\u00a0Par exemple, pour un smartphone mis \u00e0 disposition d&#8217;un employ\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins priv\u00e9es le forfait est de 3,00 EUR\/mois et ce, quelle que soit la valeur d&#8217;achat de l&#8217;appareil.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est sur base de ce forfait que seront <strong>calcul\u00e9s les imp\u00f4ts et cotisations sociales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, pour une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en esp\u00e8ce de valeur \u00e9quivalente, le montant de cotisations sociales et imp\u00f4ts dus serait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, certains avantages respectueux de l&#8217;environnement comme le v\u00e9lo, sont <strong>totalement exempts<\/strong> de cotisations sociales et d&#8217;imp\u00f4ts !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En droit belge, il est admis qu&#8217;un employeur r\u00e9mun\u00e8re ses employ\u00e9s partiellement par des avantages en nature.
