Par recommand\u00e9, le courrier sera r\u00e9put\u00e9 re\u00e7u par l\u2019employ\u00e9 le 3\u00e8me jour ouvrable qui suit son envoi et par exploit de huissier, le jour m\u00eame de la signification.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Par exemple :<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 X d\u00e9cide de licencier Monsieur Y, elle lui envoie un courrier recommand\u00e9 en date du lundi 11 avril 2022, Monsieur Y est cens\u00e9 avoir re\u00e7u le courrier le jeudi 14 avril 2022. Le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis pourra d\u00e9buter \u00e0 partir du mardi 19 avril 2022 (le lundi est un jour
