{"id":14012,"date":"2019-05-30T12:31:21","date_gmt":"2019-05-30T12:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.e2.law\/document\/measurement-mast-contract\/"},"modified":"2019-07-08T09:21:58","modified_gmt":"2019-07-08T07:21:58","slug":"measurement-mast-contract","status":"publish","type":"document","link":"https:\/\/www.e2.law\/nl\/document\/measurement-mast-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"Meetmast contract"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In het kader van de ontwikkeling en de exploitatie van een windpark is het noodzakelijk\u00a0 om\u00a0 op\u00a0 de percelen waar het project zich bevindt, meetmasten te installeren om alle metingen uit te voeren en bijvoorbeeld de windenergie en -richting te meten, de activiteit van de vleermuizen te meten, <em>etc.<\/em> om een goed gefundeerd financieel plan te kunnen uitvoeren, maar ook om de technische beperkingen te kunnen beheren (bijvoorbeeld door het aanbieden van een programma van hoofdstellen). Daartoe zal de exploitant een deel van de grond moeten huren waarop hij niet over de nodige grondrechten beschikt om deze installatie te installeren.
