Double, Single or Multiple Signature Clause

This clause provides that the company may only be validly bound vis-à-vis third parties by the signature of one, two or more persons for certain decisions.

Note that if this clause is only in the shareholder agreement, it will not be enforceable against third parties, but only internally.
