Mediation Deadlock Clause

This is a clause that provides for mediation in the event of a conflict between shareholders. In this case, it is an extrajudicial mediation, purely voluntary and organised outside the court.

One of the advantages of using mediation is that the agreement reached can be homologated, even in the absence of legal proceedings. The agreement is then enforceable.
