Retreating action

The withdrawal action may be brought by any shareholder of the company, provided that there are good reasons (Art. 2:68 CSA). By means of this withdrawal action, the plaintiff shareholder intends to force the repossession of all his shares by the shareholders who have given rise to the said good cause.
