Mainly, we support our clients, who are developers/producers, cooperatives, public authorities, consulting firms, etc., in the implementation of their projects.
The advice mainly takes the form of assistance in obtaining the necessary authorizations and in negotiating and drafting the various contracts required to carry out the projects.
For example, we assist our clients in securing the necessary land rights, we help them to conclude collaboration agreements or shareholders’ pacts with their partners, to set up the financing of their projects (bank debt, subordinated loans, capital, etc.), to conclude contracts with their suppliers (wind turbine, PV, but also O&M), to conclude electricity sales contracts (CV, LGO, etc.).
When necessary, we also help them resolve the disputes they face.
