An agreement whereby the Licensor is the owner of (i) certain secret know-how, whether patented or not, pertaining to product design, research, manufacture and production, technology and assembly methods of certain specified products, and (ii) certain patents and patent application and wants to allow the Licensee to use, sell and/or dispose of the secret knowhow and/or patents related to specified products, either exclusively or non-exclusive, within a defined territory.
