Shareholders’ agreement

The shareholders’ agreement is a contract between shareholders to determine the relationship between them and the way in which the company in which they are shareholders is to be managed. This contract is essential to ensure good relations between the partners, the stability of the company and its long-term success. The shareholders’ agreement supplements the articles of association, which often remain incomplete in many aspects and has the advantage of not being made public in the same way as the articles of association, published in the Belgian Official Journal.
