Trademark Licence Agreement.

An agreement whereby the owner of one or more trademarks (i.e. the ‘Licensor’), who were registered with the trademark offices of various countries, and is using these trademark(s) throughout the world, can grant another party the right, whether or not exclusive, to use his trademark(s) in a certain number of countries.
