- the nature of the activities, a mission statement as well as the specificities of the business project (unique selling point).
- the main lines of the business plan, the current stage of development of the activities and the next steps envisaged.
- the perception of current and future legal needs and any relevant and concise written documentation available.
- any other relevant information.
The steps following a first contact can lead to the rapid delivery of part of the legal advice through the design of the Project Definition. In such a case, we may charge for our services. However, we guarantee to all our interlocutors that they are always informed in advance of the fact that the service becomes billable and that we make the completion of procedures subject to their prior agreement. We are able to set packages also for the first steps.
