Consignment Agreement

An agreement whereby a consignor will, upon a request made by the consignee, deliver from time to time to a consignee, in consignment, at its premises, certain products. The consignee may take these goods from the consignment stock for own use or resale, subject to payment to the consignor, and the unsold consigned goods will normally be returned by the consignee to the consignor.
