Mandate agreement

An agency agreement is the agreement by which a party – the “principal” – entrusts another person – the “mandatary” with the power, which it accepts, to represent it in order to carry out, in its name and on its behalf, a legal act. The mandate will be special (for one case or certain cases only), or general (for all cases of the principal).
